Improper Gameplay
The following activities are forbidden:
- People who are under 21 years of age should not use the platform.
- Players must not play their games in ways that break the existing local laws and regulations.
- A person must not pretend to be a moderator or an administrator or any other person.
- People who create false identities and use multiple accounts create fake identities.
- Players who use dishonest or deceptive methods to achieve maximum benefit will face penalties.

Improper Communication
Players are prohibited from posting or sharing content which includes the following banned materials:
- Materials which breach copyright, trademark and other intellectual property protections.
- Any content which contains false or misleading information.
- Any content which contains offensive or obscene material or shows inappropriate behavior.
- Any form of hate speech which includes all forms of harassment and discrimination and all threats against individuals or groups.
- Any expression which contains violent or threatening behavior.
- Any content which supports illegal activities or unsafe practices or any activities which cause harm.
- Players are prohibited from trolling or bullying or stalking or specifically targeting other.
- Players for harassment Users must not share other people's personal or private information or account details without their consent.

Cheating, Scamming, and Spamming
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- People use hacking and system tampering to bypass security measures.
- Customers use bots and automation tools together with hacks, mods and unauthorized software.
- Players use bugs, glitches and system errors to gain unfair advantages.
- Players who cheat to change gameplay mechanics.
- Players who attempt to defraud others through scamming.
- The act of sending spam and promotional content and unauthorized advertisements.
- The act of collecting passwords, personal data and financial information.
- People share virtual items through account, item trading, selling, transferring and sharing.
- People use deceptive methods to obtain virtual items, accounts and platform features.
